| Bio: | My name is John Barlow. I live in Seattle, Washington, and am currently enrolled at the University of Washington where I am studying ceramics. My job consists of me checking out movies and telling people what and what not to rent at Rain City Video. Seeing as how I like movies, it works out for me pretty well. In particular, I love horror movies. Though any movie that is uniquely quirky or makes the viewer exceedinly uncomfortable will probably win a special place in my heart.
I love art - specifically anything 3d. Ceramics (both handbuilding and throwing on the wheel), sculpture, and photography are all things I enjoy. Beyond art and movies, I like to travel, drink coffee, put bad wine in beautiful glasses (and then drink it far too fast), speak french, dance to bad music, and make the most with the friends I have.
As for background stuff...my parents divorced when I was 7. Then 8 years later I ended up coming out to them. In between those big turning points in my life lots of stuff happened....but if you really want to know about that, you will probably have to treat me to a drink. Or, buy me an 80s tee shirt. I collect them, so more are always welcome (except Duran Duran, I already have 3 of those).
